Warranty Policy

1-Month Replacement Warranty

Applies for thirty (30) calendar days starting from the date of purchase or service completion. If a refurbished device purchased from us, or a specific part replaced during service, exhibits a major hardware failure or manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified via repair, AK Smart Tech will provide a replacement part or equivalent refurbished model. Subject to verification by our technicians that the defect is strictly functional/manufacturing in nature.

6-Month Service Warranty

Applies for six (6) calendar months (180 days) starting from the date of repair or purchase. This warranty covers labor and the functional performance of the exact parts replaced during service. If a component repaired or replaced by AK Smart Tech fails within six months due to defective workmanship or part quality, AK Smart Tech will re-service or repair the affected component free of charge.

What voids the warranty

The 1-Month Replacement Warranty and 6-Month Service Warranty are strictly voided if the device experiences any of the following following the repair or purchase date:

• Physical and Cosmetic Damage: Any cracks, dents, bent frames, screen shatter, internal pressure damage, or impact marks caused by drops, accidents, or force.
• Liquid / Moisture Exposure: Any ingress of liquid, water, moisture, steam, or signs of internal liquid corrosion, irrespective of the device's original manufacturer IP ratings.
• Unauthorized Modification: Any opening, disassembly, or repair attempt performed by a third-party repair provider or individual outside of authorized AK Smart Tech technicians.
• Software & Firmware Alteration: Operating system failure or bricking caused by unauthorized software modifications, jailbreaking, rooting, custom ROM installation, or malware.
• Power Issues & Misuse: Damage resulting from electrical power surges, short-circuits, unauthorized non-compliant charging cables/adapters, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Tampering with Warranty Seals: Damage, removal, or alteration of any internal or external warranty stickers, serial numbers, or security seals applied by AK Smart Tech.
• Normal Battery & Wear Degradation: Natural, gradual depletion of battery health over time, cosmetic scratches, wear-and-tear of outer coatings, or minor screen burn-in.

Sign in to My Account → Returns & Refunds and raise a request against your order, choosing Replacement. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
